Reign Outdoor Awnings and accessories carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturer defects.

This does not include damage due to weather (road/ocean salt, hail, wind, water or snow load, freezing, flooding, fire, or to any occurrence that might be deemed an Act of God) misuse, wear and tear or failure to re-tension bolts after on or off-road use. Warranty does not apply to normal deterioration, fading or discoloration of fabric due to wear or exposure.

Coverage is not guaranteed and is solely at the discretion of Reign Outdoor. Adequate proof must be provided, at which time Reign Outdoor will determine the best solution to proceed with.

If a piece or part is damaged Reign Outdoor will work with you to get a replacement part at your cost.

Reign Outdoor will not, under any circumstance cover any damage to other products or equipment used in conjunction with your Reign Outdoor product(s). Reign Outdoor is not liable for any injury or damages sustained from use, or misuse of our product(s).

By purchasing any Reign Outdoor product, through reignoutdoor.com or other avenues, the purchaser/user agrees to these terms.

Returns are accepted in new condition in the original shipping box, shipped back to Reign Outdoor headquarters in NY, plus a 10% restocking fee. Once the product is received and inspected on our end, a refund will be issued, minus the 10% and any shipping costs.
