Care and Maintenance?

All bolts come with retention devices, however bolts may loosen over time. Check and tighten them periodically to maintain performance. We also recommend treating the awning and tent fabric once a year with a high-quality waterproofing product.

Do you offer spare parts?

Yes! We carry spare parts for most products. Reach out to info@reignoutdoor.com for assistance with replacement parts.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard UPS delivery usually takes 3–7 business days for in stock items. Estimated delivery for pre-ordered items will be listed on the product page and we will do our best to update you on timing.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is in new condition, in the original packaging, and subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please see our Warranty & Returns Policy for full details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! Our awnings and accessories carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturer defects. Please note that normal wear, misuse, or weather-related damage is not covered.
