Warranty Coverage

Reign Outdoor Awnings & Accessories carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturer defects.

Exclusions:

  • Weather damage (salt, hail, snow, wind, flooding, fire, freezing, Acts of God)

  • Misuse, wear & tear, or failure to re-tension bolts after use

  • Normal deterioration, fading, or discoloration of fabric

Coverage is at the sole discretion of Reign Outdoor LLC. Adequate proof must be provided.

Replacements

If a part is damaged, Reign Outdoor will help you source a replacement part at your cost.

Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to vehicles or any other equipment due to improper installation or use of products

  • Injuries or damages from use/misuse of products

Returns Policy

  • Returns accepted only in new condition, original packaging

  • Subject to a 10% restocking fee

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund issued after inspection
